摘要
为了提高某型号重型柴油机喷油器的响应特性,以高压共轨喷油器为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型并分析了控制柱塞直径、控制腔容积、针阀弹簧预紧力、针阀密封直径对于响应特性的影响。采用正交试验设计的方法,通过极差和方差分析对这些参数及其交互作用进行优化。结果表明,当控制柱塞直径为4.2 mm,控制腔容积为0.02 cm^3,针阀弹簧预紧力为79 N,针阀密封直径为3.8 mm时高压共轨喷油器的响应特性最好,优化后响应特性提升了30.65%。
In order to improve tile response characteristics of the high pressure common rail filel injector, this paper studied a heavy-duty diesel fuel injector and built a simulation model based on AMESim software. The paper analyzed the effects of the control chamber volume, the control phmger diameter, the needle valve's spring preload and the needle valve's sealing diameter on response characteristics of tile injector. The range analysis and variance analysis were used to optimize these parameters and the optimization increased the response characteristics of tile high pressure common rail injector by 30.65%.
