摘要 围绕新能源汽车动力电池组充放电过程容量不均衡、电池组整体性能下降这一关键科学问题开展研究。在升压斩波电路和Cuk均衡器的基础上,设计出了一种可根据荷电状态差异程度来动态调节单体电池充放电的优先匹配顺序、高均衡效率的新型均衡器。试验表明,新型均衡器有效提高了动力电池组的整体性能,对完成高效均衡具有一定的实际应用价值。 This paper focuses on the scientific issues that for new energy vehicles the battery capacity is not balanced during the charging and discharging processes and that the overall performance of the battery pack goes down. The proposed improvement is based on a boost chopper circuit and the Cuk equalizer and a new equalizer with high efficiency of equalization was designed which can dynamically adjust the priority order of the charge and discharge of a single cell according to the charge state difibrence. The experimental results show that tile improved equalizer can effectively increase the overall peribrmance of the power battery and has a certain practical value in achieving efficient equilibrium.
