摘要
针对新形势下发动机附件驱动系统降成本减重量的需求,提出一种应用弹性皮带的方案。介绍了弹性皮带的结构、工作原理及应用状况,结合某开发中的三缸发动机,给出了应用弹性皮带的两种优化方案,并进行了一种方案的零部件选型。在验证阶段,使用计算机动态仿真的方式确认该方案可行,然后通过试制样件并进行实车动态测试,确认该发动机应用弹性皮带的有效性。总结了在附件驱动系统中应用弹性皮带的特点及效果。
A new method to lower the cost and to reduce the weight of the front end accessory drive (FEAD) system was developed in this paper by applying stretchy belts. Firstly, the structure, functional principles and application status of stretchy belts were introduced. Then two optimization schemes for a 3-cylinder engine were provided and tile parts selection based on one of the schemes was conducted. In validation phase, the FEAD dynamics simulation method was employed to confirm the feasibility of this scheme and the vehicle test results were used to validate the scheme. In the end, the characteristics and effects of application of stretchy belts are summarized.
