摘要
通过调查发现乘客对于安全带使用舒适性越来越关注,特别是安全带织带的回收性能。为提升安全带织带的回收性能,分析了造成织带回收异常的原因,获得了影响安全带子系统中织带回卷力的因子,包括织带延伸率、导向环类型、织带与饰板接触面积、卷簧长度。利用软件仿真优化输出了织带回卷力与影响因子间的函数传递关系,并通过优化后的零件验证了函数的准确性和有效性。
The survey showed the car occupants have paid more and more attention to the seatbelt comfort, especially the performance of webbing retraction. In order to improve the retraction performance, the paper studied the causes of the abnormal webbing retraction. And it was obtained that the parameters influencing the retracting force of a seatbelt webbing include the webbing elongation, D-ring type, the spring length and the contact area between the webbing and trim. The function relating the retracting tbrce and these parameters was optimized by means of the simulation software, and the accuracy and efficiency of the function were verified.
