蓝莓红景天复合口服液的研制及抗疲劳活性评价

Development of the Compound Oral Liquid of Blueberry and Rhodiola and Evaluation of Its Anti-fatigue Activity

以蓝莓、红景天为主要原料,经过提取、过滤、浓缩、调配、澄清、杀菌等工艺,研制一款蓝莓红景天复合口服液。采用正交试验,利用感官评定,确定蓝莓红景天复合口服液的最佳配方为:每100 m L口服液中蓝莓浓缩汁45 m L,红景天浓缩汁20 m L,β-环糊精添加量为0.25 g,白砂糖8 g。通过小鼠的耐力试验和生化指标测定,口服液能够提高小鼠负重游泳时间,提高小鼠体内肝糖原和肌糖原的含量,降低血尿素氮和血乳酸的含量。实验结果表明蓝莓红景天复合口服液具有抗疲劳作用。

Using blueberries and rhodiola as the main raw materials,the compound oral liquid of blueberry and rhodiola was developed through extraction,filtration,concentration,mixing,clarification and sterilization.Using the sensory evaluation,the best formula was determined by orthogonal experiment,it was blueberry juice concentrate 45 m L,rhodiola concentrate 20 m L,β-cyclodextrins 0.25 g,and granulated sugar 8 g in 100 m L compound oral liquid.Through measuring the endurance and biochemical indexes in mice,the compound oral liquid could improve the mice burden swimming time,improve the content of liver glycogen,and muscle glycogen in mice,reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen and serum lactic acid.The experimental results showed that the compound oral liquid of blueberry and rhodiola had the anti-fatigue function.
