基于近红外光谱技术对建三江大米快速检测分析研究 被引量:7

摘要 为实现建三江大米的真假快速鉴别,应用近红外光谱仪测定来自建三江及非建三江地区的150份大米样品,对原始光谱进行预处理后,采用因子化法进行鉴别分析,最大合格性索引法进行合格性检测分析,偏最小二乘法(partial least squares,PLS)法进行定量分析。结果表明,3种模式识别方法对建三江地区的大米正确判别率均在90.00%以上。因此,应用近红外光谱技术在建三江大米真假鉴别研究中具有可行性。 In order to quickly identify the true and false of Jiansanjiang rice,the 150 samples of rice from Jiansanjiang and Yijiang Sanjiang areas were measured by near infrared spectroscopy.The factorization method was used to carry out the discriminant analysis,and the maximum eligibility index method was used for conformity test analysis and partial least squares(PLS)method for quantitative analysis that after the original spectra were pretreated.The results showed that the correct discriminating rate of rice in Jiansanjiang area was more than 90.00 %,according to three kinds of pattern recognition methods.In conclusion,near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is feasible in the study of authenticity of Jiansanjiang Rice.
