摘要
蜂花粉和松花粉由于传播方式不同,结构有差异,其营养成分也不尽相同。从主要营养成分出发,综述近年来蜂花粉和松花粉两者营养成分的差异。对比分析看出,两者营养成分的种类大致相同,但含量比重差异大,体现在蜂花粉中还原糖含量较高,松花粉中膳食纤维比重较大。可以根据食品加工的目的不同,进行合理选择。
Because of the differences in their spreading ways and their structures,bee pollen and pine pollen are different in their nutrition contents.The differences of the nutrition contents of bee pollen and pine pollen were summed up in this article.It could be seen in the comparative analysis that the species of nutrients are nearly the same in the two kinds of pollen,but the proportion of contents is different.The content of reducing sugar was higher in bee pollen,while the dietary fiber was more in pine pollen.It should be reasonable chosen according to the aim of food processing.
