摘要 重金属元素给环境和人体健康带来极大威胁。随着对重金属的研究发现大部分重金属的毒性不仅取决于元素含量,更与其形态息息相关,因此重金属元素形态分析及含量测定方法的研究已刻不容缓。文章综述了目前重金属形态分析及其含量测定的几种常用方法,并介绍了重金属形态分析技术在固态、液态、气态和生物体四种类型样品中的具体应用,对该领域的发展进行总结和展望。 Heavy metals pollution did a significant threat to the environment and human health. The study of heavy metals founded that the toxicity of most heavy metals was not only depended on the content of its elements, but also related to morphology closely. Therefore, the research on the analysis and determination of heavy metal elements has been urgent. The common use of detection methods of speciation analysis and detection of heavy metals was reviewed, and the practical application of speciation analysis in four different samples including solid, liquid, gas and biological organism was introduced. Moreover, the development of this field was summarized and forecasted.
