凹叶景天茎叶的化学成分预实验

Preliminary Test for Chemical Components of Stem and Leaf of Sedum emarginatum Migo

采用系统预试法对凹叶景天茎、叶进行化学成分预实验,初步探索凹叶景天茎、叶的化学成分。采用化学成分系统预试法对凹叶景天茎、叶,水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究。凹叶景天茎叶中所含化学成分相同,可能含有黄酮类、糖。多糖或苷类、强心苷类、甾体或三萜类、鞣质、有机酸等化学成分。初步确定凹叶景天含有多种化学成分,为进一步进行凹叶景天的生物活性成分研究提供了实验依据。

The chemical composition of the stems and leaves of Sedum emarginatum Migo was studied by pre-test method, and their chemical constituents were collected. Pretreatment of Sedum emarginatum Migo, water, 95 % ethanol and petroleum ether was studied by chemical composition system. The stem and leaf contained the same chemical composition, they may contain flavonoids, saceharides, polysaccharides or glycosides, cardiac glycosides, steroids or triterpenes, tannins, organic acids and other chemical compositions. The preliminary determination of Sedum emarginatum Migo contained a variety of chemical constituents, which provided experimental basis for the further study of the bioactive components of Sedum emarginatum Migo.
