皮革企业六价铬处理及环境影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于皮革工业中品质及环境保护的需求,采用EDTA二钠螯合剂及L-抗坏血酸相结合的皮革铬氧化控制系统。该系统被认为可以稳定皮革中含铬制鞣剂的稳定性,防止铬被氧化,进而巩固三价铬与皮革羧基进行有效交联。同时,该系统能有效消除皮革含脂量及加工工艺对铬盐氧化过程的影响,运行效率极高,在实践中能有效稳定皮革制品及含铬废水中的三价铬,降低含铬废水的处理成本。通过长期定性、定量分析,该系统运行优良。 The combination disodium EDTA and L-ascorbie acid formed an effective and low-cost Chromium ( Ⅵ) reducing system which was capable of not only preventing Chromium ( Ⅲ ) from being oxidized, but also resolving issues associated with Chromium (Ⅵ) in various levels of grease containing leather materials, presumably due to the enhancement of cross-linking between Chromium (Ⅲ ) and leather earboxyl groups. The studies addressed the deficiencies in analyzing the manufacturing conditions and parameters and their effects on the oxidation of Chromium ( Ⅲ ) to Chromium (Ⅵ). Also, further studies indicated that the system was conducive in reducing the energy and cost of related waste water treatments, and the system remained stable during the whole research period.
