摘要
以远志为原料,用热水浸提法对远志多糖的制备工艺进行优化。选用提取温度、提取时间、液固比、提取次数为影响因素,在单因素的基础上,利用Box-Behnken设计三因素三水平实验,以多糖得率为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明,远志多糖的最优提取工艺为:提取温度85℃,提取时间2.20 h,液固比为10。在该工艺条件下提取率为2.35%。该工艺具有操作简便、成本低廉、设备要求低的特点,适合于工业化生产。
The technology of Polygala tenuifolia polysaccharide was optimized by hot water extraction. The experiment selected extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of water to raw, extraction times as factors. On the basis of single factor, the experiment was three-factor three-level using Box-Behnken design and the polysaccharide yield response values for the response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature was 85 ℃, extraction time was 2. 20 h, ratio of water to raw was 10. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 2.35%. The process has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and low equipment requirement, it is suitable for industrial production.
