摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定分别使用快速溶剂萃取法及超声萃取法萃取的多环芳烃土壤样品,通过对两种预处理萃取方法在准备工序、萃取时间、溶剂耗材使用量、处理量及加标回收率的对比,得出结论:超声萃取方法在处理大量样品时具有优势且仪器在实验室内易得,快速溶剂萃取方法在处理时间上相对较短但需要特定仪器,两种方法在回收率上差异不明显。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soils were determined by HPLC with accelerated solvent extraction or ultrasonic extraction. By aligning preparation process, extraction time, the amount of solvent and supplies, processing capacity and spiked recovery rate, results showed that the method of ultrasonic extraction had the advantage in handling a large number of samples and the instrument was easy to obtain in the laboratory. The method of accelerated solvent extraction was relatively short in processing time but required a specific instrument. The two methods had little difference in the spiked recovery rate.
