Practice of Latent Danger-oriented Laboratory Safety Management

隐患导向的实验室安全管理是指以发现和排除实验室的化学、微生物、设备等安全隐患为核心内容,以定期的安全教育、安全检查和相应的奖励、惩罚机制为措施,以维持实验室较高安全水平为目标的实验室安全管理体系。我们实施该管理体系两年以来,研究院的各生物医学实验室未发生过一起安全事故,保障了科研工作的顺利进行。本文总结了相关的一些经验和体会。

The latent danger-oriented laboratory safety management is a systematic administration of safety which includes the discovery and elimination of chemical or micro-biological or mechanical latent-danger as the core content, a high laboratory safety level as the goal, and the relationally regular education/inspection and reward/punishment as the routine arrangement. Through continuing its practice, a relatively high safety level in our bio-medical laboratories was made. Two years experiences in the safety management of bio-medical laboratory were introduced_
