心理护理和康复指导在乳腺癌患者中的应用研究

Study on psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance in patients with breast cancer

目的 探讨心理护理与康复指导对乳腺癌患者术后的影响.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年12月期间收治的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理及康复指导,比较两组患者的护理满意度与生活质量评分.结果 观察组患者的护理满意度以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 乳腺癌患者采用心理护理及康复指导,能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the postoperative effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance in patients with breast cancer. Methods From February 2015 to December 2016, 100 cases of patients with breast cancer were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with rou- tine nursing, while the observation group was treated with psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine nursing, the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, there were significant differ- ences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with breast cancer, psychological nursing and rehabili- tation guidance can effectively improve patient＇s nursing satisfaction and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
