综合护理干预对手足口病患儿症状改善及康复进程的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement and rehabilitation of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

目的 研究综合护理干预对手足口病（HFMD）患儿症状改善及康复进程的影响.方法 选取2014年9月至2016年12月在我院治疗的HFMD患儿68例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各34例.对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以综合护理干预.统计并比较两组症状改善时间、治愈时间及护理满意度.结果 观察组口腔溃疡愈合、皮疹减退、退热、治愈时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度（94.12%）显著高于对照组（70.58%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 综合护理干预应用于手足口病患儿,能明显缩短症状改善时间,加快康复进程,并提高护理满意度.

Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement and rehabilita- tion of children with HFMD. Methods From September 2014 to December 2016, 68 children with HFMD treated in our hos- pital were randomly divided into control group （n=34） and observation group （n=34）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the contiol group. Symptom improvement time, cure time and nursing satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The oral ulcer healing, rash loss, fever and cure time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction in the observation group （94.12%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （70.58%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease can significantly shorten the symptom im- provement time, speed up the rehabilitation process, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
