综合护理干预在剖宫产术后再妊娠阴道分娩产妇中的应用效果观察

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in re-pregnancy vaginal delivery after cesarean section

目的 探究剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇给以综合护理干预的效果,以便为临床工作提供指导.方法 选取2016年2月至2017年4月我院收治的存在剖宫产手术史且进行二次妊娠阴道分娩的产妇72例,按照护理方式的不同将72例产妇分为两组,每组36例,对照组给以常规护理干预措施,观察组给以综合护理干预措施.比较两组的剖宫产率和护理满意度.结果 经相应护理后,观察组36例产妇阴道分娩率和剖宫产率分别为97.22%、2.78%;对照组36例产妇阴道分娩率和剖宫产率分别为77.78%、22.22%;观察组满意度高达97.22%,而对照组满意度仅为80.56%;两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇给以综合护理干预措施,能够降低再次剖宫产率,提高阴道分娩率,有效提升护理满意程度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in re-pregnancy vaginal delivery after cesarean section, to provide guidance for clinical work. Methods Seventyty-two cases of maternal, who prepared vaginal delivery again after cesarean section, in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery rate of the observation group were 97.22% and 2.78%; and the cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery rate of the control group were 77.78%, 22.22%. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.2%, while the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was only 80.6%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures in re-pregnancy vaginal delivery after cesarean section can reduce the rate of cesarean section again, effectively improve the degree of nursing satisfaction, improve vaginal delivery rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
