护理干预对产妇自然阴道分娩产后出血率的改善作用

Effect of nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage rate of natural vaginal delivery

目的 观察护理干预对产妇自然阴道分娩产后出血率的改善作用.方法 选取我院接收的150名产妇,随机平分为两组,对照组75名接受常规护理,观察组75名接受护理干预,在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理,注重产程内的细节护理.对比观察两组产妇产后的出血量及出血发生率.结果 观察组的出血发生率及产后出血量均明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 针对阴道自然分娩产妇开展护理干预,能有效降低产后出血率.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage rate of natural vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 150 cases of lying-in women in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, 75 cases in the control group were given routine nursing, and 75 cases in the observation group were given nursing intervention based on conventional nursing, including psychological care, and paying attention to nursing details within the stage of labor. The postpartum haemorrhage amount and incidence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum haemorrhage amount and incidence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal natural childbirth puerpera .
