脊柱软组织损伤患者应用四维疗法治疗的效果分析

Effect of four-dimensional therapy in the treatment of patients with spine soft tissue injury

目的 探讨脊柱软组织损伤患者应用四维疗法治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者128例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各64例.对照组采用传统按摩手法加针刀、骶管注射治疗,观察组采取四维疗法进行治疗,即对机体软组织伤病采用银质针、药物或手法、针刀进行治疗的同时,对患者开展健康教育、心理疏导和功能锻炼.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组的治愈率为79.69%,明显高于对照组的56.25%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 脊柱软组织损伤患者应用四维疗法治疗的效果显著,值得临床推广.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of four-dimensional therapy in the treatment of patients with spine soft tissue injury. Methods From January 2015 and January 2016, 128 eases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse in our hospital were selected as research objecets and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with traditional massage technique, needle knife and sacral canal injection, while the patients in observation group were treated with four-dimensional therapy treat- ment, the body＇s soft tissue injury were treated with silver needle, drug or technique, needle knife, and the health education, psychological counseling and functional exercise were given for treatment at the same time. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 79.69%, which was significantly higher than 56.25% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Four-dimensional therapy in the treatment of patients with spine soft tissue injury has remarkable effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
