中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的 研究中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果.方法 选取我院收治的慢性胃炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序分为联合组与对照组,各40例.对照组采用西医支持性治疗,联合组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎效果显著,值得临床推广.

Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 80 cases of patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into combined group and control group according to the order of admission, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine combined with supportive treatment, while the patients in combined group were treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the therapy efficient and adverse reactions rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total therapy efficient of the combined group was higher than that of the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; there was no significant difference between the two groups in the adverse reaction rate of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is remarkable in the treantment of chronic gastritis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
