耳穴埋籽对骨科术后镇痛的疗效观察

Observation of seeds buried at auricular point for the postoperative analgesia in the department of orthopaedics

目的 探讨耳穴埋籽对骨科术后镇痛的临床效果.方法 选取2015年7月至2016年8月在我科行骨科手术的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例.对照组患者术后采用镇痛泵进行治疗,试验组则在对照组的基础上给予耳穴埋籽法进行治疗,通过VAS疼痛评分法对比两组患者术后镇痛效果.结果 VAS疼痛评分显示,试验组患者镇痛效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 耳穴埋籽法治疗骨科术后镇痛效果明显,且无不良反应,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To study the clinical effect of seeds buried at auricular point for the postoperative analgesia in the department of orthopaedics. Methods From July 2015 to August 2016, 100 cases of patients in our department of orthopaedic surgery were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative analgesia pump treatment, the experimental group was given method of ear acupuncture point buries a seed treatment on the basis of the control group, The postoperative analgesia of the two groups was compared through the VAS pain score. Results The VAS pain score indicated that analgesic effects in the experimental group was better than that of control group, the difference was with statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ear acupuncture point buries a seed treatments has significant orthopaedic postoperative analgesia effect and no adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
