中药穴位贴敷控制妊娠剧吐的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum

目的 研究中药穴位贴敷控制妊娠剧吐的临床效果.方法 选择2015年12月至2017年3月来本院治疗的妊娠剧吐孕妇,共67例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组34例,对照组33例,给予对照组常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中药穴位贴敷,对比两组的治疗效果.结果 经过治疗,观察组治愈18例,好转15例,而未愈仅1例;对照组治愈15例,好转12例,未愈6例.观察组的总治愈率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论采用中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠剧吐疗效显著,具有一定的临床推广价值.

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional chinese medicine （TCM） in the treatment of hypcremesis gravidarum. Methods A total of 67 cases of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum from December 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 33 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine therapy, while 34 cases in the observation group were given acupoint application of TCM based on conventional western medicine therapy. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, 18 cases were cured, 15 cases were improved, and only 1 case was not cured in the observation group; 15 cases were cured, 12 cases were improved and 6 cases were not cured in the contron group. The total cure rate of the observation group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint application of TCM has remarkable clinical effect in hyperemesis gravidarum, which has a certain clinical value.
