血浆中总胆固醇与脂蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平与脑血管病的相关性研究

摘要 目的 探究血浆中总胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平与脑血管病的相关性.方法 选择94例脑血管病患者为研究对象,依据疾病不同分为脑梗死组(51例),脑出血组(43例),并抽取同期52名体检健康者为对照组,检测并比较三组患者TC、脂蛋白、HCY水平.结果 脑梗死组和脑出血组TC、脂蛋白、HCY水平高于对照组(P〈0.05);脑梗死组脂蛋白水平高于脑出血组(P〈0.05);脑梗死组脂蛋白水平异常发生率为37.25%,高于脑出血组的18.60%(P〈0.05).结论 血浆中TC与脂蛋白及HCY水平与脑血管疾病发生进展有密切关系,且脂蛋白水平可用于进一步鉴别脑梗死和脑出血. Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma total cholesterol (TC), lipoprotein, homocysteine (HCY) and cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 94 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients were selected as the research objects and divided into cerebral infarction group (51 cases) and cerebral hemorrhage (43 cases), and 52 healthy people were selected as the control group, the TC, HCY and lipoprotein levels were detected and compared between the three groups. Results The TC, HCY and lipoprotein levels of the cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05); the lipoprotein level of the cerebral infarction group was higher than that of the cerebral hemorrhage group (P〈0.05); the lipoprotein abnormality rate of the cerebral infarction group was 37.25%, which was higher than 18.60% of the cerebral hemorrhage group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of TC and lipoprotein and HCY in plasma were closely related to the progression of cerebrovascular disease, and the lipoprotein leves can be further used to identify cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
