As the economy continues to develop, the development scale of the construction industry is also increasing. Modern people＇s demand for building engineering is getting higher and higher, which requires the architectural design and construction units has a higher level of pursuit on the quality of the building. In the construction process of construction projects, the budget of the project plays an important role, and it is one of the key factors determining the quality of the project. This paper expounds three aspects： the concept and importance of construction engineering budget, and the problems existing in the budget management of the construction project and its solutions, it hopes that it can provide better help for the application of budget management in the future construction projects.
