论文从普通大学生的视角,对在校大学生的学习、生活、工作进行深入地了解、分析,对大学生应具有的一些基本技能进行梳理,提出了大学生应具备的担当责任、专业知识、社会经验、沟通协调、初级商业、自我调节、明辨是非等的基本技能,结合大学生各自的实际,充分发挥自己的特长。
