大学新生结束了12年的寒窗苦读,终于来到了大学,在短暂的喜悦与兴奋过后,接踵而来的便是环境、学习、生活等方面的种种不适,如何正确引导其尽快融入新的环境,新的集体,是学生教育管理工作者需要长期思考和研究的重要课题。
