情志护理联合康复护理对脑梗死患者神经身体功能恢复和生活质量的影响

The effect of emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of nerve function and body function and life quality of patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析探讨情志护理联合康复护理对脑梗死患者神经、身体功能恢复和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年9月至2016年6月期间科室收治的246例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(123例)和对照组(123例)。对照组患者采用康复护理,观察组患者采用情志护理联合康复护理。分析比较2组患者的神经、身体功能恢复情况和生活质量情况。结果护理后,2组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分降低,Barthe指数(BI)评分、肌力评分、ESS评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分升高,观察组患者的NIHSS评分降低小于对照组,BI评分、肌力评分、ESS评分、ADL评分大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理健康、情绪角色、疼痛、躯体角色、躯体活动、社交功能、活力等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情志护理联合康复护理能显著促进脑梗死患者神经、身体功能恢复,提高及改善其生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of nerve function and body function and life quality of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Two hundred and forty-six patients with cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from September 2012 to June 2016 were selected.These patients were divided into observation group（n=123）and control group（n =123）by using a random number table.Patients in the control group received rehabilitation nursing,and those in the observation group received emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing.The recovery of nerve function and body function and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups increased after the nursing procedures;BI scores,muscle strength scores,ESS scores and ADL scores increased in the two groups.The NIHSS scores of the observation group decreased significantly as compared with the control group;BI scores,muscle strength scores,ESS scores and ADL scores of the observation group were considerably higher in the observation group as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of psychological health,emotional role,pain,physical role,physical ADL,social function and activity were significantly higher in the observation group as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing could greatly promote the recovery of nerve function and body function and improve the life quality of patients with cerebral infarction.
