合成气压缩机调速器故障处理及技改

摘要 四川泸天化股份有限公司合成氨装置103J合成气压缩机高压透平调速器PIC-12的调速气缸采用的是ITT气缸和西门子73N-B内置式气动定位器而构成的一体化调速器,已运行41年。由于工作环境温度高、结构复杂、管线布置杂乱、潜在漏点风险大、故障率高、检修难度大,影响合成氨装置长周期安全运行。针对上述情况,从气动调速器的工作原理及结构进行介绍,对主要结构部件和作用进行重点阐述,对常见故障原因进行分析和推敲,通过技改,提出一些改进的措施和方法。 Siehuan lutianhua Corporation 103J synthesis gas compressor and high pressure ammonia plan/level-speed PIC-12 cylinder is ITT cylinders and Siemens 73N-B built-in integrated pneumatic positioner consisting of the Governor, has run for 41 years. Because of the high operating temperature, structure, pipe clutter, potential risk of leaks, high failure rates, maintenance is difficuh anti affect the long term safe operation of ammonia synthesis. In response to these circumstances, from the introduction of the working principle anti structut'e of pneumatic Governor, focuses on the role of main structural components and. for common thtzhs analysis and scrutiny through technical transformation, and put forward some measures lot inlprovement and methods.
