摘要
基于东北老工业基地2006—2015年的数据,运用灰色关联度分析模型对东北老工业基地碳排放与能源结构的关系进行了实证分析。实证结果表明:煤炭能源消费与碳排放强度之间的关联度最高,依次为石油、天然气、一次电力。东北老工业基地应创新煤炭利用技术,利用清洁能源区域优势,加大节能减排科技投入力度,发挥政策引导作用。
Based on the data of northeastern rust belt during 2006 - 2015, and by means of grey correlation analysis model, the empirical analysis was carried out on the relationship between carbon emission and energy structure in northeastern rust belt. The empirical result showed that, the correlation degree between consumption of coal energy and carbon emission was the highest, followed by petroleum and natural gas, and electric power ranked the last. Northeastern rust belt should innovate the coal utilization technology, fully play the regional advantages of clean energy, strengthen the science and technology input into energy conservation as well as emission reduction, and made the policy playing a guiding role.
