细针距电脑丝袜机成圈机构力学分析

摘要 为了进一步提升国产电脑丝袜机高速运转时的运动平稳性,基于丝袜机编织过程中织针和三角的受力关系,采用模拟设计软件Solid Works对丝袜机的成圈机构进行实体建模,运用ANSYSLS-DYNA软件对织针和三角进行运动仿真和弹性动力学分析,得到织针随时间变化的位移、速度和加速度曲线。借助三次Bezier曲线对成圈机构三角系统进行优化设计,试验结果表明,优化后成圈机构中,织针与三角之间的最大冲击力降低8.9%,织针的运动平稳性得到明显提升,达到了优化设计的目的,提高了丝袜机整体编织性能。 In order to further improve the motion stability of domestic computerized hosiery machine when running at high speed, based on the stress relationship between knitting needles and cams in the process of knitting, the knitting mechanism of hosiery machine was simulated and modeled using Solid Works software. The ANSYS LS-DYNA software was used to carry out motion simulation and elastodynamic analysis of needle and cam, and the displacement curve, speed curve and accelerating curve of needle against time were obtained. With the aid of the third order Bezier curve, the cam system of the knitting mechanism was optimized. The results show that in the optimized knitting mechanism, the maximum impact force between needle and cam decreases by 8.9%, thus the motion stability of needles has been improved significantly. It achieves the purpose of optimization design, and the overall knitting performance of the hosiery machine is improved.
