摘要 通过3个优选的实际案例,详细介绍了采用天然纤维、再生纤维素纤维和合成纤维开发热湿舒适性针织面料的编织工艺和染整工艺。对开发的面料进行了热湿舒适性检测,表明面料实现了吸湿发热功能,以及在两面都亲水吸湿情况下具有持久耐洗的单向导湿功能和综合排汗速干性能。进一步根据面料开发实践,对面料的吸湿发热和单向导湿原理进行了详细的理论分析,为热湿舒适性针织面料的开发和理论研究提供一定指导。 The knitting process, dyeing and finishing technology of thermal and moist comfortknitted fabric developed with natural fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber were introduced through 3 practical cases. The thermal and moist comfort properties of the fabric were tested, which shows that the fabric has moisture ab- sorbing and heating function and long-lasting one-way moisture transferring and sweat releasing and fast-drying per- fon^lance under hydrophilic and hygroscopic conditions. Further, according to the practice of fabric development, the principle of moisture absorption and heat-generating and one-way moisture transferring of the developed fabrics were analyzed in detail It provides guidance for the development and theoretical study of the thermal and moist comfort knitted fabric.
