Design and Development of Children's Knitted Blanket on Computerized Flat Knitting Machine

结合电脑横机技术在家纺产品上的应用,在电脑横机上开发儿童针织毯,介绍针织毯设计开发的要点,包括原料选择、色彩图案、组织结构、毯子边口、规格尺寸等。采用35.7 tex×2精梳棉编织空气层提花组织,选择浅黄色和白色的小熊图案,在Stoll CMS530HP电脑横机上开发儿童针织毯,毯子边口采用无边设计,并详细阐述制版工艺和织造工艺,包括导纱器设置、密度调节、牵拉力调节。设计开发的儿童针织毯图案美观可爱、手感柔软,为在电脑横机上开发儿童毯提供参考。

Combined with the application of computerized fiat knitting machine technology in home textile products, children＇s knitted blanket was developed on computerized fiat knitting machine. The main points of design and development were introduced, which included material selection, color pattern, ＇stitch structure, blanket edge and size. One type of children＇s knitted blanket without edge was developed on Stoll CMS530HP computerized fiat knitting machine. 35.7 tex^2 combed cotton and light yellow and white bear pattern were chosen to knit milano jacquard stitch. The plate making process and knitting process were introduced in detail from yarn carrier settings, density adjustment and take-away force adjustment. The developed children＇s knitted blanket is attractive and soft. It provides references for the development of children＇s blanket on computerized fiat knitting machine.
