摘要 印染废水中多为芳烃和杂环化合物,染料浓度高、色度大、污染物含量高,生化降解性差,属于高浓度难降解有机废水,处理难度大。文中介绍了"先生化后物化"并以"生化"为主"物化"为辅的印染废水新处理工艺路线。采用酸析→微电解,BOC高级厌氧→深水氧化→沉淀混凝技术,探讨了新处理工艺对印花、染整废水在实际中的应用,并与传统处理工艺对比。结果表明:采用新处理工艺对印花废水COD平均去除率为69%,对染整废水COD平均去除率为92%,效果良好且系统各项排放指标达到GB 4287—2012标准中的直排要求;与旧处理工艺对比,节约了占地面积,污泥日产量减少了4.0~4.4 t,系统运行成本可节约2.06元/t。 Dyeing and printing wastewater is mostly aromatic and heterocyclic compounds with high dye concentration, deep color, high pollutant content, poor biodegradability and high concentration of refractory organic wastewater, the treatment is difficult. In this paper, it introduces the new process technology, which is based on "biochemical" and "biochemical". The new treatment process is studied in terms of by acid precipitation→micro- electrolysis→BOC advanced anaerobic→deep water oxidation→precipitation coagulation technology, whose application in treatment of printing, dyeing and finishing wastewater in practice is discussed and compared with the traditional treatment process. The results show that the average removal rate of printing COD is 69% with the new treatment process, the average removal rate of dyeing and finishing COD was 92%, the effect is good and all the emission indices of the system reaches the standes of GB4287--2012 (4.0-4.4) t, the system operating cost can save 2.06 yuan/t, the daily processing of 6 000 t can save 12 400 yuan; at the same time, compared with the old process- ing technology, it saves the occupation.
