摘要
由于棉及其混纺针织物练漂中存在拉伸易变形、卷边、易出现褶皱等现象,一般采用松式练漂加工,如染色机练漂法,但其存在练漂质量差、化学品用量大、能耗大、生产效率低、劳动强度高等缺点。文中提出了棉及其混纺针织物连续化练漂技术,并从针织物连续化练漂加工过程中松弛程度的控制、保证最佳布面效果、棉纤维氧化损伤程度的降低、各种杂质及化学药品的净洗这4个方面阐述了连续化练漂中的关键技术。指出了从设备、工艺、助剂等多方面着手,来解决连续化练漂技术中存在的技术难题,完善了针织物连续化练漂技术。
Technology of continuous scouring and bleaching of cotton and its blended knitted fabric abstract: Due to the easy tensile deformation, curling, wrinkle and other disadvantages of cotton and its blended knitted fabric, the loose scouring and bleaching processing method is generally used, but which is poor in quality of scouting and bleaching with large amount of chemicals used, high energy consumption, low production efficiency and so on. So it suggests on the continuous scouring and bleaching technology of cotton and its blended knitted fabric. It de- scribes the key technologies in continuous scouring and bleaching processing from the respects of the degree of re- laxation control, guarantee of the best cloth effect, the decrease of oxidative damage of cotton fiber, all kinds of impurities and chemical cleaning. It solves the technical problems existing in the continuous scouring and bleaching processing and improves the continuous technology from the aspects of equipment, process, additives, and so on.
