冷转移印花配方及色浆管理生产实践

冷转移印花色浆的染料浓度一般较高,染料成本在冷转移印花中占有很大的比例,对于印花的配方及色浆管理非常重要。文中介绍了冷转移印花配方管理、色浆管理、残浆管理方法,通过强化印花技术卡、ERP配方系统的管理给出了统一配方、残浆再利用的计算方法,提高了配方的准确性及残浆的利用率,降低了成本;并指出色浆管理的方法,需要确保估浆量的准确性以防色浆的不足或浪费。

It is very important for printing recipes and color management in cold transfer printing because the dye concentration is high and cost is big. In this paper, it introduced in detail of the formula of cold transfer printing recipe management, color paste management, remnant paste management method, through the strengthening printing technology card, ERP management system management formula, a unified unified formula and remnant paste recycling formula were given, which improved the accuracy of the formula and the utilization of remnant paste, reduced the cost; and it pointed out that the paste management methods, need to ensure the accuracy of the amount of paste to prevent the lack of color or waste.
