低氮胁迫下MdCYS基因的表达分析

摘要 为了初步探究cystatins(CYS)基因参与苹果氮胁迫的调控机制,以苹果矮化砧木M.26盆栽苗为试材,分析低氮胁迫下M.26的生长量、总叶绿素质量分数、净光合速率的变化,并利用qRT-PCR技术分析苹果CYS基因表达的变化。结果表明,低氮胁迫处理与正常对照组相比,低氮处理组的株高、茎粗、总叶绿素质量分数和净光合速率均显著降低;实时荧光定量PCR分析显示,MdCYS1、MdCYS8、MdCYS15、MdCYS20、MdCYS21和MdCYS26迅速响应低氮胁迫,表达量被显著上调。生理指标与MdCYS基因关联分析结果显示:苹果CYS基因参与低氮胁迫应答,可能影响苹果对低氮胁迫的耐受性。
