摘要 目的评价EX-PRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后五方位角膜内皮的影响。方法 2014年3月至2015年3月邯郸市眼科医院行EX-PRESS房水引流物植入的原发性开角型青光眼患者31例(34只眼)。对患者分别于术前及术后1、3、6、12个月进行中央、鼻侧、颞侧、上方及下方共五方位角膜内皮细胞密度测量。结果EX-PRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后五方位角膜内皮细胞与术前比均无损伤(P均>0.05)。结论 EXPRESS房水引流物植入抗青光眼术后对五方位角膜内皮无影响。 Objective To study the influence of EX-PRESS miniature glaucoma device implantation on five sites of corneal endothelium for primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods 31 eyes of 34 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma who underwent EX-PRESS miniature glaucoma device implantation in Handan eye hospital from March 2014 to March 2015. The superior, inferior, central, nasal, temporal endothelium cells were observed on pre-operation and first month, , third month, sixth month and twelfth month of post-operation. Results After operation, there were no difference of corneal endothelium of every site than pre-operation ( P 〉 0. 051 ) Conclusions EX-PRESS miniature glaucoma device implanta- tion was without obvious injures of five sites of corneal endothelium for primary open-angle glaucoma.
