高血压性脑出血治疗中钙离子拮抗剂的运用效果

Effect of calcium ion antagonist in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析高血压性脑出血治疗中钙离子拮抗剂的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者78例为研究对象,将所有患者根据其入院编号分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予尼莫地平治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和神经功能及血肿量改善情况。结果试验组患者的总有效率为97.44%,明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的神经功能及血肿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的神经功能及血肿量均明显改善,且试验组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压性脑出血患者采用钙离子拮抗剂进行治疗,效果确切,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of calcium ion antagonist in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 78 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission numbers, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the experimental group added nimodipine for treatment. The clinical effects, neurological function and hematoma volume of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.44% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 76.92% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〉0.05）. Before treatment, the neurological function and hematoma volume of the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the neurological function and hematoma volume of the two groups significantly improved, and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Calcium ion antagonist has exact effect for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and their quality of life, it is worthy of clinical application.
