凉血散瘀汤联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗脑出血急性期的疗效

Effect of Liangxue Sanyu decotion combined with deproteinized calf serum on acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析凉血散瘀汤联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗脑出血急性期的疗效。方法选择我院2014年3月至2016年4月收治的100例脑出血急性期患者,按照数字随机方式将全部患者分成对照组和试验组,各50例,对照组患者选择小牛血清去蛋白治疗,试验组患者则选择凉血散瘀汤联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率为92.0%(46/50)明显高于对照组的72.0%(36/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的出血量为(3.77±1.37)mL,明显少于对照组的(5.03±1.52)mL(t=4.3540,P=0.0000)。结论凉血散瘀汤联合小牛血清去蛋白治疗脑出血急性期具有比较显著的临床效果,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Liangxue Sanyu decotion combined with deproteinized calf serum on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From March 2014 to April 2016, 100 acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number way, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the calf serum protein treatment, while the experimental group patients accepted Liangxue Sanyu decotion combined with deproteinized calf serum, the clinical effects were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.0%（46/50）, which was significantly higher than 72.0% in the control group（36/50）（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was（3.77 ±1.37） mL,which was significantly lower than（5.03±1.52） mL of the control group（t=4.3540, P=0.0000）. Conclusion Liangxue Sanyu decotion combined with deproteinized calf serum on acute cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical effect, which has clinical application and promotion value.
