摘要
目的分析和总结舒适护理干预在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院在2012年12月至2015年12月收治的77例剖宫产产妇为研究主体。按照不同护理方法分成A组和B组,分别为43例和34例。A组给予舒适护理,B组给予一般护理。对比两组护理后的心理状态、护理服务质量总满意率和舒适度。结果 A组产妇产后24 h的焦虑评分和抑郁评分明显低于入院时和B组同期(P<0.05);A组的护理服务质量总满意率是95.35%,高于B组的85.29%(P<0.05);A组的舒适度是97.67%,高于B组的88.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以显著改善剖宫产产妇的焦虑和抑郁等心理状态,提高产妇对护理服务质量的整体满意率和舒适度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and summarize the effect of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with cesarean section. Methods Seventy-seven cases of patients with cesarean section in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into group A(43 cases) and group B(34 cases) according to different nursing methods. Patients in the group A were given comfort care, and patients in the group B were given general care, the psychological state after nursing, total satisfaction rate of care and comfort degree of service between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the group A 24 h postpartum were lower than those at admission and the group B at the same time(P〈0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing service in group A was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than 85.29% in the group B(P〈0.05); the comfort degree of the group A was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than 88.24% of group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can significantly improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression in patients with cesarean section, and improve the overall satisfaction and comfort of patients of nursing service, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
