甲状腺功能亢进患者肝功能检测结果分析

Analysis of liver function test results in patients with hyperthyroidism

目的分析甲状腺功能亢进患者肝功能检测结果。方法选取2016年4月1日至2016年10月31日我院收治的甲状腺功能亢进患者200例作为研究组,选取同期在我院健康体检的健康人员200例作为对照组,观察比较研究组与对照组研究对象的甲状腺激素水平和肝功能指标情况。结果对照组与研究组的TP和ALP、γ-GGT和ALT、TB和AST等各项肝功能指标情况比较,组间数据差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的甲状腺激素水平比较,对照组的TSH水平高于研究组,FT_4和T_4、FT_3和T_3水平低于研究组,组间数据差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺肝功能亢进患者实施肝功能检测,对预后观察和后期临床治疗具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the liver function test results in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 200 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected in our hospital from April 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016, and a total of 200 healthy people who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of thyroid hormones and liver function were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of TP, ALP, γ-GGT, ALT, TB and AST between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared the thyroid hormone levels of the two groups, the level of TSH in the control group was higher than that in the study group, and the levels of FT4 and T4, FT3 and T3 were lower than those of the study group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of liver function in patients with hyperthyroidism plays an important role in prognosis and clinical treatment.
