中药复方透皮贴剂基质研究进展

Review on matrix of transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound

近年来,由于国家对中医药事业的扶持,以及基质新材料和透皮新技术的涌现,中药复方透皮贴剂的研究得到了较快的发展。文章从中药复方透皮贴剂的不同基质研究入手,对中药复方透皮贴剂的基质组成,以及不同压敏胶基质的性质及其在中药复方透皮贴剂中的应用进行全面、系统地综述,分析当前压敏胶基质在中药复方透皮贴剂应用中存在的若干问题,并建议通过跨学科合作来解决中药复方透皮贴剂基质研究中存在的难题,以期为中药复方透皮贴剂的研究和开发提供参考。

In recent years,due to the government support of Chinese medicine enterprise,as well as emergence of new materials and enhancing permeation techniques,the study of transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound has been rapid development.This review have summarized matrix composition of transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound and the properties of different pressure-sensitive adhesive matrix and its application in transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound through the study of different matrix prescriptions of transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound,and analyzed the current problems in the application of pressure-sensitive adhesives in transdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound. Meanwhile,putting forward a suggestion through interdisciplinary cooperation to solve the current problems, so as to provide reference for the research and exploitation oftransdermal patch of Chinese herbal compound.
