金黄散外敷治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎的效果观察

To observe the effect of mechanical phlebitis after PICC postoperative of the golden powder

目的:观察金黄散外敷治疗肿瘤患者PICC术后机械性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选择PICC置管后1周内发生静脉炎病人60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用金黄散对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷加TDP红外线照射,观察两组疗效。结果:观察组显效时间和治愈时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上PICC置管后静脉炎是一种无菌性炎症,将金黄散应用于PICC置管后静脉炎的治疗属异病同治范畴。本次研究结果显示,金黄散外敷治疗PICC置管后静脉炎显效时间和治愈时间明显短于对照组,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且使用方便,价格低廉,无毒副作用,病人无痛苦、易于接受,较对照组的治疗方法还减少了护理工作量,是一种较好的治疗PICC置管后静脉炎的方法。

Objective：To observe the golden powder topical treatment of tumor patients with the clinical curative effect of mechanical phlebitis after PICC.Methods：PICC catheter phlebitis patients within 1 week after 60 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group used the golden scattered in the control group using 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress plus TDP,infrared irradiation to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results：The observation group and cure time significantly shorter than the control group were markedly improved,the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）;observation group total effectiveness 95% ,control group total effectiveness 50% ,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical phlebitis after PICC catheter is a kind of aseptic inflammation,golden powder was applied to the treatment of phlebitis after PICC catheter belong to different word categories.The results show that the golden powder apply is effective in the treatment of phlebitis after PICC catheter removal time and cure time significantly shorter than the control group,both comparative differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）.And easy to use,low cost,non-toxic side effects,patient, easy to accept,no pain than the control group treatment is to reduce the workload of nursing,is a good method for the treatment of phlebitis after PICC catheter.
