摘要
地下管线具有隐蔽性及复杂性,准确获取管线数据难以保障,且项目实施过程中人工误操也会导致成果质量下降。因此推行监理机制和质量控制措施,才能有效地保障地下管线成果质量,也是现代化项目管理模式的必然发展。文章从管线的精度、格式、结构、数据量、信息系统等方面阐述了地下管线普查质量控制的目标。结合管线普查的过程,提出了从探测单位和监理单位两个角度,分别对准备、施工、归档等三个管线探测阶段详细地阐明了质量控制措施,实现了从施工阶段和施工单位全方面控制质量。提出了基于可视化监控平台、建立管线普查实验区和引入权属单位检查机制等措施,保障了管线普查成果质量精度和项目的规范管理。
Underground pipeline has the characteristics of concealment and complexity, so it is difficult to ensure the accurate data acquisition,in the process of project implementation,artificial misoperation will lead to decline in the quality of results.The implementation of supervision mechanism and quality control measures can effectively guarantee the quality of the underground pipeline, and it is also the inevitable development of modem project management mode.In this paper, the aim of quality control of underground pipeline survey is described from the aspects of accuracy, format, structure,data volume and information system.Based on the process of pipeline survey, this paper puts forward the detailed measures of quality control measures from the three stages of preparation, construction and archiving from the detection unit and the supervision unit,and realized the control from the construction stage and the construction unit in all aspects quality.Based on the visual monitoring platform,the establishment of the pipeline survey experimentation area and the introduction of the authority of the unit inspection mechanism and other measures to ensure the quality of the pipeline survey results and project quality management standards.
