Comparative Study on the Monitoring and Evaluation of China's Innovation-driven Development and Its Revelation to Guangxi

开展创新驱动发展监测不仅是服务国家和地方创新驱动发展战略的重要举措,也是实施驱动发展战略的内在要求。文章对北京、陕西等地创新驱动发展监测指标体系与分析框架进行比较研究,并鉴于省级政府是实施国家战略的首要层级地位,对广西加快开展创新驱动发展监测工作提出几点建议。

Carrying out the monitoring of innovation-driven development is not only an important measure to service countries and places innovation-driven development strategy, but also an internal requirement of it.The paper takes a comparative study on monitoring index system and analysis framework of monitoring of innovation-driven development of Beijing and Shanxi.And it puts forward some suggestions for accelerating the monitoring of innovation-driven development of Guangxi in view of the the provincial government as the first status in carrying out national strategy.
