陕西青年职业学院"高职学生阶段式能力提升主题班会模式探究"项目组研究人员积极探索高职院校"主题班会"的创新模式,把培养高职学生应该具备的独立自主能力、学习能力、实践能力、创新能力和人际交往能力等目标,分阶段用主题班会的形式进行分解实验研究,提高了主题班会的实效性,较好地促进学生综合素质的全面发展,提升了高职学生适应社会需求的基本能力。

The research team of the project team actively explores the innovative mode of the ＂ theme class meeting＂ of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the independent ability, the learning competency and the practice that the vocational students should have in order to cultivate the students＇ self - reliance, independent ability, innovation ability and interpersonal skills with the theme of the class classes in the form of decomposition of experimental research to improve the ef- fectiveness of the theme class, which will better promote the comprehensive development of the o- verall quality of students to enhance the vocational students to adapt to social needs and basic ability.
