《颜氏家训》中的廉洁齐家思想及其当代启示

Incorruptible Family Integrity Culture in Family Instructions of the Yans and Its Modern Enlightenment

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央大力推进党风廉洁建设和反腐败斗争,高度重视党员干部的家风建设,把廉洁齐家列为党员干部廉洁从政的重要内容。廉洁齐家思想是《颜氏家训》的重要组成部分,颜之推认为构建和谐的家庭伦理关系是廉洁齐家的前提,勤勉俭朴的传统美德是廉洁齐家的重要要素,廉洁家风建设是廉洁齐家的重要途径。《颜氏家训》中的廉洁齐家思想对当代党员干部的廉洁家风建设具有重要启示意义。党员干部应汲取《颜氏家训》的廉洁齐家思想,用来促进廉洁家风建设。党员干部廉洁齐家必先廉洁修身,注重廉洁家风建设,倡导廉洁文化。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Party Committee, with president Xi Jinping at the core, vigorously promotes the construction of the Party＇s clean and honest styles and fights against corruption, attaching great importance to the construction of family styles of Party members and cadres, listing incorruptible family culture as an important factor for Party members contributing to their clean and honest political careers. Incorruptible family culture is an important part of Family Instructions of the Yans. In opinion of Yah Zhitui, construction of a harmonious ethical relationship in the family is the premise of incorruptible family culture; traditional virtues of hardworking and frugality are indispensible com- ponents of family culture; construction of clean family culture is an important path to clean management of the family. Such ideals found in Family Instructions of the Yans enlighten Party members greatly in modern times in their construction of clean and honest families. Party members and cadres should draw from such thoughts to facilitate the construction of their families. Party members and cadres, if they want to manage their families in some clean and honest ways, must improve themselves so that they can be self-disciplined and honest, paying attention to the construction of clean and honest family culture, promoting honesty and integrity.
