依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响

Effect of ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin on the blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia

目的观察依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者94例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各47例。对照组患者给予常规治疗及瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上加用依折麦布治疗。观察两组患者的血脂水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者血脂水平均明显优于治疗前,且观察组血脂水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组的17.02%(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%,显著高于对照组的82.98%(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者给予瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布进行治疗,患者治疗后血脂水平改善明显,服药不良反应发生情况少,用药安全性好,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin on the blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. Methods Ninety-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and rosuvastatin, and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe on the basis of the control group. The blood lipid levels, adverse reactions and clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the blood lipid levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.26%, which was lower than 17.02% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%, which was significantly higher than 82.98% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia can significantly improve blood lipid level, and has less drug adverse reactions and good drug safety, which has remarkably clinical efficacy.
