眼球穿通伤术后迟发性眼内炎6例的临床观察

Clinical observation of 6 cases of delayed endophthalmitis after operation of eyeball perforating wounds

目的研究眼球穿通伤术后迟发性眼内炎的临床治疗方法和效果。方法对我院收治的6例(6只眼)眼球穿通伤术后发生迟发性眼内炎患者进行玻璃体腔注射抗生素和玻璃体切除合并硅油注入术,观察患者眼压、视力等指标。结果 6例(6只眼)患者术后平均随诊6个月(3个月至1年),眼压均正常,均保留眼球,炎症得到了控制,5例(5只眼)视力较术前提高,1例(1只眼)视力无改变。结论眼球穿通伤术后一旦发生迟发性眼内炎,应积极行玻璃体腔注射抗生素及玻璃体切割手术。

Objective To study the treatment method and effect of delayed endophthalmitis after operation of eyeball perforating wounds. Methods Six cases （6 eyes） with delayed endophthalmitis after operation of eyeball perforating wounds treated in our hospital were injected antibiotics via vitreous, and they were given vitrectomy combined with injection of silicone oil, the intraocular pressure and visual acuity were observed. Results Six patients （6 eyes） were followed up for 6 months （3 months to 1 year）. The intraocular pressures were normal, the eyeballs were kept and the inflammations were controlled. The visual acuity was improved in 5 cases （5 eyes）, and 1 case （1 eye） had no change in visual acuity. Conclusion After operation of eyeball perforating wounds, once delayed endophthalmitis occurs, it should be positive to apply intravitreal injection of antibiotics and vitreous body incision.
