某学校一起群体性不明原因疾病流行病学调查分析

Epidemiological investigation and analysis of a groupment unidentified disease in a school

目的调查分析某学校一起群体性不明原因疾病流行病学资料,为疾病防治提供参考依据。方法对某中学21例学生群体性不明原因疾病开展流行病学调查,采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对发病学生进行测验,并与全国常模进行比较。结果发病的21例学生中初一新生居多,占90.48%。发病学生的体温、血压、心率、心电图、瞳孔大小及对光反射均正常,3例血象略有升高,2例丙氨酸转氨酶增高,7例呕吐物检测有机磷为阴性。21例发病学生无共同进餐史,学校水样微生物、理化等常规卫生指标均未超过国家标准。EPQ量表测验显示,内外倾向性(E)、神经质(N)量表评分高于全国常模(P<0.05),判断本次群体性不明原因疾病为"癔症群体性发作"。结论刚入学的新生因各种原因易引发癔症,需与群体性食物中毒等事件进行鉴别,并采取相应的措施以促进学生早日康复。

Objective To investigate and analyze epidemiological data of a groupment unidentified disease in a school, and provide reference for disease prevention and control. Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out on 21 students with unidentified disease in a middle school, the eysenck personality inventory （EPQ） was used to test onset students and compared with the national norm. Results Among the 21 students, most of them were freshmen, accounting for 90.48%. The body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, pupil size, and light reflex of the students were normal, 3 cases with hemogram slight elevation, 2 cases with alanine aminotransferase elevation, 7 cases organophosphorus was negative in vomiting. Twenty-one students had no history of eating together, traditional health indicators such as microorganism and physical chemistry in the school did not exceed the national standards. The EPQ scale test showed that the scores of introversion and extraversion （E） and neuroticism （N） scale were higher than those of the national norm （P〈0.05）. The judgment of the groupment unidentified disease was mass seizure hysteria. Conclusion Hysteria caused by various reasons in freshmen, which should be indentified with group food poisoning, and it is necessary to take corresponding measures to promote students＇ early recovery.
