摘要
目的探讨PDCA应用于消毒供应科实习生管理中的应用效果,以不断提升实习生带教效果。方法选择2014年4月至2015年3月于我院实习的52名实习生为对照组,选择2015年4月至2016年3月于我院实习的54名实习生为试验组。对照组实习生采取传统带教模式,试验组实习生采用PDCA管理工具。比较两组实习生的实习效果。结果试验组理论考核优良率为92.6%,明显高于对照组的67.3%(P<0.05)。试验组操作考核优良率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的76.9%(P<0.05)。试验组实习生对带教方法及人性化管理的带教满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);但两组实习生对工作能力及及时授课的带教满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PDCA良性循环可以使实习生从自身认识、专业技术、职业素养等方面有所提升,而且能不断改进带教工作质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA in disinfection and supply department intern management, so as to improve the teaching effectiveness of the interns. Methods A total of 52 interns who interned in our hospital from April 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the control group, and 54 interns who interned in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group. The control group received traditional teaching mode, and the experimental group accepted PDCA management tool. The intern effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, the excellent rate of the theoretical testing was 92.6%, which was higher than 67.3% of the con- trol group (P〈0.05). In the experimental group, the excellent rate of the operate testing was 94.4%, which was higher than 76.9% of the control group (P〈0.05). The teaching satisfaction in teaching method and humanistic management of the ex- perimental group were better than those of the control group (P〈0.05), but there were no significant difference in capability for work and taught in a timely manner between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion PDCA teaching methods can improve self-recognition, professional technology and professional accomplishment of interns. It can promote the effect of teaching, which is worthy of application and popularization.
